1. Shipping Within Australia
We offer two shipping options for domestic orders:
- Ordinary Parcel (2–7 business days)
- Express Parcel (1–3 business days)
Orders over AUD 150 (after discounts) qualify for free Ordinary Parcel shipping.
Orders below AUD 150 will incur a shipping fee, which is automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.
Express shipping is available for an additional fee, shown during the checkout process.
2. Shipping to New Zealand
We offer two shipping options for New Zealand:
- Ordinary Parcel
- Express Parcel
Orders over AUD 250 (after discounts) qualify for free Ordinary Parcel shipping.
Orders below AUD 250 will have their shipping cost automatically calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
All New Zealand shipments are subject to customs and import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer, where applicable.
3. Returns & Warranty Policy
3.1 Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return the item within 7 days of delivery, provided that:
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- The product is in resalable condition
- The return shipping cost is paid by the customer
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund for the item’s value (excluding original shipping costs).

3.2 Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive an item that is damaged in transit or missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or partial refund depending on the situation.
You must provide clear photo or video evidence of:
- The damaged item and its packaging, or
- The contents received in case of missing parts

4. Consumer Rights
This policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or applicable New Zealand consumer legislation. You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if the product you receive is:
- Faulty or damaged through no fault of your own
- Not as described
- Not fit for purpose
